Mental Skills with Ilia Lindsay
Specialist in Sport and Performance Psychology

Thursday 30 April | 7pm-8pm | Free Online Webinar

This workshop supports coaches in working with young athletes on mental skills and in creating environments where youth can thrive.Learn about the developing brain and understand the neuroscience behind what drives young athletes, and how your coaching approach can either enhance or hinder this. We’ll explore the coach’s role in creating environments where athletes can learn and grow, and how small, simple strategies in your everyday coaching can make all the difference to their engagement, confidence, and development.
